What is Woodlands Camp?

Woodlands Camp is an action packed outdoor activity centre based in Walsall. We have run many residential weekends over the past years and they have always been very successful. The weekend is open to any child in school year 5 or above.

The activities include an assault course, canoeing, archery, climbing, abseiling, orienteering and a range of night activities. Woodlands Camp staff are all fully qualified. During our stay there is normally a B.B.Q. on the Saturday evening.

The cost, which is only Ł70.00 for the weekend, includes return transport by coach from Kinver, accommodation (which is in dormitories), meals and activities . There are a limited number of places available for children on free school meals at the reduced rate of Ł30.00. This is made possible due to the kind donations of many charities. Adult supervision is provided for the whole weekend. We provide our own team of cooks and any special diets can be catered for.

The trip in 2009 was very successful with over 50 children taking part. It is anticipated that every place will again be sold for 2010 so please book early to avoid disappointment.
